Thank you. I was getting the error message when I attempted to upload the video from the “in progress” section of the web site.
The video in question has been removed.
Just to clarify, are you meaning download? The in-progress section is only for viewing your current in-progress projects and it is possible to download your finished video from there if it has been made. The only way to upload a video, however, is by the Upload File box above the in-progress section.
I can see you potentially getting that error if you clicked the Download icon on one of your in-progress projects, but you wouldn’t normally get it when trying to upload.
I think I found and resolved the issue here.

Yes Craig, I meant download. When my video was in this section, at the top, I clicked on the blue box in order to download the video. When I did this, the error message showed up.
I tried it on 2 other laptops which generated the same message.
Ok gotcha. yeah go ahead and refresh and give it another go. It should work now.
