Can you give me an example so I can check it out? The only time this should happen is if the audio is not recognizable in the video.
You can link me to the video editor, give me the ID (it will be the number in the URL of the video editing page for that video and starts with versionid=)
Or just let me know the filename of the video.

So I went back in there to get the ID and the ability to do CC is there now. Weird. I’ll let you know if it happens again. 🙂
