Top and bottom bar dimensions

Do you know the actual dimensions for these bars? I am wanting to creat my own background and then upload it for these top and bottom bars. This is specifically for the 1:1 template for the 16:9,

But if you could break down the dimentions for all the templates that have a bar that would be amazing!
