Good afternoon,

People in my office are looking to start posting more videos on social media and clipscribe was the #1 recommendation from Marketing professionals I talked to.

My question: Is video editing done via the website, is there a program that needs to be downloaded, or is this all done via an app on a phone? My company will not allow programs to be installed on work computers. Our marketing team will be the ones doing all of the editing, so I’m really hoping this can be done exclusively through the website and not a phone app.

HI Shelby! Thanks for the question.

Clipscribe is a web app. It is mobile friendly, so you can use it on an iPhone, but in my opinion, it is best used on desktop or laptop. You don’t need to download anything to use it, although I have had one customer whose company had some pretty strict firewalls installed and they had to allow a couple of the third-party apps we connect with.

So, sounds like it should be right up your alley.

Great, thanks Craig. Are we able to add multiple users to an account?

@shelby-wellsfinanceofamerica-com Unfortunately that is a feature that I haven’t added in yet. You would just need to set up an account using an email that can be shared at the moment.

I do have a feature in beta where you can add other emails to get notifications, so once you are signed up let me know if that will help.
