Every time I upload a video with subtitles I always get prompted to generate them by facebook and youtube. How can I avoid this or signal that the subtitles are already included?

Hmm. Good question. On Facebook you have to go in and manually approve the subtitle creation, so I generally just ignore that prompt. On YouTube, I am quite sure you can disable them. Aren’t they disabled by default anyway? Seems that in both cases you would have to turn them on?
The subtitles they are referring to are encoded into the file, where ours are burned into the video. They are essentially 2 different types which is why they are prompting you.
