How do you get ride of the top and bottom bars?

Hi Sidney, they are built into the layout.

If you don’t want them, just choose a layout without any bars.

The layouts appear at the top of the screen when you click "CREATE NEW VIDEO"

I do not see a layout without bars for 9:16

@Sidney Seay I took a look at the videos in your account, so in this case it depends on the video you are talking about.

That vertical layout would only be available if you have a vertical original video that is 9:16 so that it fills up the entire space. So, I do see it shows up as an option for your Winky Face Hat ad. (It is the 4th option from the left and has 9:16 for the frame size and 9:16 for the video size).

However, the other video won’t fill up that space, so it isn’t offered as an option, but the layouts with bars are offered to fill up that un-filled space.
I am wondering if you were wanting the blurred video to fill up that space or were you wanting to zoom in to fill it up?
