I pay for this service, how does one remove the “clipscribe” caption that shows during video?

Hi David.
By default it never shows up. I used it in our own promotional videos but if you start with a template or from scratch, our logo won’t ever appear on your video.
If you are finding it is, definitely let me know where this is happening.
