Can I switch from monthly to annual subscription payment?

Yes, you can Dave. Go into My Account and then click Subscriptions. There should be an upgrade/downgrade option there. It will take you to a page where you can choose the level you want and whether you want annual or monthly.
It will prorate as needed depending on what you choose.
