Uploading SRT isn\\\’t replacing old file

Hi Craig, 
After trying multiple times to upload a corrected SRT File and pressing save, then make, the old SRT keeps showing up in the trasncriptions! 
 
Need assistance as this has been going on for a little while now.
 
As shown in the screen captures, Im trying to upload a certain file, and once it starts the upload, the old SRT seems to be redownloading itself onto the project……
 
So annoying!

Hey Chris,

Can you email me that SRT file and let me know which video this is? I will email you a request to your email.

I will get it sorted out.

It’s stil not working
