Video taking hours to mix

I have waited for ages (hours not minutes) for this video to be mixed. https://clipscribe.com/manage-transcriptions/?versionid=30548 I really wanted to post it today. Please could you suggest what the problem is.

Hi Susan.

That video has been done for quite some time.
It only took about 3 minutes to encode. If you were watching the progress bar, possibly it did not fully refresh.

You should receive an email when the video is complete though.
