When my client tried to play this the video stops at about the 1:30 mark but the words keep going. I can see the entire thing when I download it, but when client watches it stops.
@Danya Clairmont Can you let me know which video this is? Did you try re-sending it to your client? Maybe they didn’t receive the whole file? Oh also can you let me know what device they are trying to play the video on?

Yes, It’s the most recent Love Like You Mean it Cruise one. After I download the video after 1:30 freezes but the words keep going. I’ve done other, longer videos that work fine.
I actually re-did it and downloaded it and I’m getting the same error after 1:30 just on my computer. We’ve had a number of people on the team try and for each of them (computer or phone) the video freezes at about 1:30 but the captions keep going.
I’ve been trying to troubleshoot in the mean time but still happening. Thanks!
Questions from the video are: When it spots at 1:30 what computer (Mac/Windows) and browser OR media player is the video being played in. Basically I need to replicate the situation so I can hopefully experience the same issue.
