Video Storage

I see that there are video storage limits.  Is that just while the video is in process or do the created videos with subtitles need to be stored on your system?
If they need to be stored on your system what analytics can we use for the video views and interactions?

Hi! The storage limits pertain to the videos uploaded more than anything else as we don’t limit file size there, so some videos are up to 1GB or more. The end product is really just downloadable at the moment. We are serving videos at this time. So, you would just download it when you are finished.

Thanks for asking!

Thanks Craig. Just one follow up. You said “We are serving videos at this time.”, but my understanding from what I watched and your response was that we would download the videos and post them where we like.
So that should be “We are not serving videos at this time”?

For clarity my definition of serving the videos is for client/public views like on Vimeo, Wistia, YT, etc. You do not do that.
