Hi,
When I create a video using clipscribe and then upload it to FB and IG, the top portion of the top banner gets cut off and you can’t see it in the feed? You have to click on the video to see the top. Is this a sizing option issue? Please help.

Hi Jai.

Unfortunately this is an issue with Instagram. What you want to do is use the story layout that has the HD video in the center and design it just as you would the square layout keeping your headline just above your video and your subtitles just below your video.

This way your video will be viewable in feed and story mode on IGTV.

Does that make sense?
