Video Stuck In “Making Video”

Hi Craig,

My video is stuck in ‘making video’ mode. I looked through your thread to see a previous support issue just like this one and it is an issue with the timer. I tested it without the countdown timer and the download option appears just fine. But, when I try to re-add the timer, it doesn’t work. It’s stuck in "queuing the video" mode. This is for video PJC EP44 Videogram1.

Hey Tamara. One of our encoding servers wasn’t working right for some reason. Looks like you deleted your video, but I undeleted it and clicked MAKE on the other server and just moved everything over to the other server.

You should be all set now.

Also any other videos you have issues with just click MAKE again.
