Transcription not working

I have uploaded a video numerous times and the transcription is not work. I am being prompted to upload the SRT file separately. I found a 3rd party site to do this function and after I uploaded the file no transcription shows up?

Is something not working on my side or the site? Please advise asap as I need this video edited by the AM for a client. Thank you
