I uploaded a video a few hours ago and it is still transcribing. That’s never happened before. Anybody have any suggestions.

Hi Alex!
I assume this is the football video? Looks like you uploaded a still image and not a video which is why it did not go through.
Double check and make sure your video ends in a .mp4 or .mov rather than .jpg.
The filename uploaded was 123352-20201207174051.jpg. The system should have stopped you, so I will check and see why it didn’t.
