Videos not MAKING Again

Hi I took the day to get my content prepared but it has been very glitchy.

The following 2 videos are not making.

  1. IGTV How To Wholesale Even If You have A Full Time Job 9:16/16:9 9:16 / 16:9 Not Started
  2. ATM Explained

Hi! Thanks for sending this message so I can help.

The IGTV video was finished encoding around 8 minutes after you clicked MAKE and is ready for download.

The other video wasn’t started.

Note you might get message when you click MAKE letting you know that the box around your subtitles isn’t big enough and you should adjust it so your longer subtitles don’t get cut off. Just resize it and click MAKE again. I did this for you and clicked make.

If you look at the size of the box for that video, that is the size and positioning I recommend as it will ensure your text is always centered perfectly vertically and horizontally, but it also gives your subtitles some breathing room in case you have a longer than usual subtitle line that might push outside of that box and gets cut off in the final video.
