Videos not uploading?

I tried to upload a video from Safari on my iPad and also my Mac and tried four times, but the video did not upload. Is there a temporary issue?

It finally uploaded after about 8 tries. I hope that the others do not resolve and count against my limits. I also hope that the editing goes smoothly.
