I see what it is. The image you uploaded originally appears to be an SVG. SVG will work fine in the browser, but not in the encoder. I don’t believe the uploader should allow it to be uploaded actually so I will check that. If you can upload a PNG you will be fine.

Craig I just tested it – and we removed some icons we had in the headers and it seems to work now.
yeah, it is something about those icons. I can probably get it working if you want to use them though.
