My videos are stuck on "Making Video" for over 45 mins+. Is there a solution on our end to mitigate this issue or will we need to reach out via support everytime the system has a hiccup like this?

Hi William,
Unless it is something that is happening more than once, then just post here.
If this has happened to you more than once, then it is something that needs to be looked at, but I am not aware of that being an issue.
We did have an atypical storage issue for about 10 minutes about an hour ago and my guess is, you probably hopped in during that time period.
I am running your videos now and will make sure they finish fine.
As long as they run through fine, you should be good to go as this isn’t a typical issue.
I will report back in a moment when your videos finish up.
