I\\\’m trying to create room for my heading by hitting return, and instead it inserts the html: </br>. HELP!  
I would upload an image but it’s telling me that my .png and .jpg file types are not allowed.

Hi Suzan, Headlines don’t line break on ClipScribe.  If you want a second headline just click ADD HEADLINE to create a second headline.  This way you can have more control over the layout of each. As far as uploading images go, if you try to upload an image through the video uploader, you will get that message. If you want to upload an image or logo to use in your video you will do that through the video editor.  I made you a video as well:

LOL. Not at all Suzan. That video needs to be updated. And the line break thing is an issue. I am adding some code to alert you when you try to add a line break so you know what’s going on. Not your fault at all. 🙂
