If I upgrade from the personal plan to the agency plan, do I just pay the difference between the two or am I charged the full $225???

Hi Marc. You should pay the prorated difference I believe. There are upgrade buttons under the My Subscription section in My Account.
I do believe that when you upgrade the final correct price doesn’t show up until you get all the way to checkout FYI.
