My account will not allow me to upload or view My Videos because of a Pending Payment. I updated my CC info and saved. When can I expect to have access to my account?

Hey I tried to run it again, but it still wouldn’t go through.
If you login and go to My Account and then Subscription, there should be a PAY button there that will let you go ahead and make the payment.
Can you check on that for me and let me know?

Hi Craig, it does reflect pending now on my bank statement, looks like we’re good to go! I’m able to login now.
