Hello
ny short 12 ‘minute video has been transcribing since last night – 15 hours ! i have tried deleting it and re uploading but its still not working also dropox wont uplod videos ?

Hey Lizzie. Looks like you re-uploaded and all was good. I am going to add some redundancy today for this. I re-ran your video and it went through fine, so something must have hung up on our end and the redundancy should solve that problem.
