Hi Keith.
Yes, you can click the Blog button which appears next to the download button on the editor page to open a text editor and view/copy your transcript in text based form.
Also, as you are editing your subtitles, if you click the little paragraph icon to the right of the subtitle block, you can add paragraph breaks, H1,H2,H3 headlines so that when you click the Blog button your content is already properly formatted.
Additionally, if you click the SRT button you can download your subtitles in an SRT subtitle file.
