When I upload the video to clip-scribe it’s REALLY blurry… and the video is not blurry on my computer

How can I fix this aside from uploading it in a higher def?

Hi Mitch,

Are you talking about the video in the editor or the actual video you download from us? The video in the editor is not a super-high quality video largely so we can create it quickly and get you editing quickly. But, your final downloaded video will be the same resolution as the video you upload.

If you are seeing this issue in the downloaded video let me know.

If you feel like you need a higher resolution video for editing, let me know and I will see what I can do.
