I have uploaded my video. The transcription is done. Next step is to click the plus sign and do the design work. When I click that button I get your logo and it just spins, and spins, and spins….. I can’t get to the next step. PLease help. Thank you.

I’m having this same problem consistently!
It gets stuck at the choose a layout page.. just spins. I hope someone responds with a solution at some point
