Hi Brad. This is a message letting you know that the box around your subtitles isn’t large enough for your longest subtitle. When you see this message click OK, re-position the subtitles (but don’t make the box any smaller) and click MAKE again. I am going to mod the way this works as I know it is a little confusing, but the purpose is to prevent clipping of your subtitles when your video is made.

Thanks Craig, I’ve tried several ways of repositioning, enlarging the box, etc. but it still won’t let me proceed.

Ok I am too. wasn’t able to re-create it, but made you a video explaining what is happening and showing you me, running it, etc. Maybe it will help.
