The captions on the video are processed and I edited them. But they are greyed out and when i download the video they aren\’t in the video.

Hi Molly,
Can you link me to the video in question? It looks like you have one un-deleted video and the subtitles were there when I downloaded it. Point me in the right direction as to which video you are having the issue with and I can get you sorted out.
