Hi. I have ordered the trial, minimum, to check out ClipScribe, and it appears it is not working on my third video. I uploaded this video just before I left this morning in order to be ready for due date tonight at midnight, and it appears to be stuck. I have used only half my credits and there is no error or indication that I am out of points. Can you help me out before tonight ends so I can get this project finished?

Looks to be good to go. Something stopped it from finishing, so I restarted the process. Not typical for that to happen, so I am going to trust it is a fluke, but if it happens again let me know so I can dig into it more.
