Hi Clipscribe, I was sold your product under the impressio it was a one time purchase and have been shocked to discover you re takig recurring payment from me. Can you explain why this is the case?

Sure thing Guy.

It was never a one time payment and said on the options that it was an annual plan with minutes "per month" and a membership term of 1 year.

Totally happy to refund your renewal if you don’t want to continue.

Just note that the price you bought in on included rollover minutes, so you will lose any stored up minutes should you wish to discontinue.
