I uploaded a video before I went to bed last night at 10pm PST and as of right now it still says “transcribing”. I have no other word for “uploading” – it’s what it says in the dialog box when you upload a video.

Hi Shawna. All the issues from last night have been resolved. I upgraded the server and fixed the issues that were bogging it down.
Beyond that, I can make other recommendations, but would need some more info. Do you mean uploading? Workflow? How can I help?
