I can’t seem to get anything to advance past the area of where you upload a video. If you want to advance one of your videos to the Design phase, you see the top part (select a layout) and none of the templates actually show up below after you have selected a video layout type. Also noticed that none of the thumbnails are showing up in the my videos page. Just the dots moving. Tried clearing cache a few times to an avail.

Hey Thomas,
We did have some unusual issue late last night where some of our files weren’t loading and I did just resolve one other issue that was a byproduct of that, that could have been the issue with this. Just checked your thumbs and they were showing up for me.
Could you try one more time and report back for me?
