Stuck on transcibing

Hi there. 
I’ve uploaded the same video twice, both times it’s stuck on ‘transcribing’
I’ve had the first one on for over 12 hours and no change. 

Anything I need to do differently to ensure they upload?

Hi Daniel.

Appears to be an issue with the original video. I downloaded the original upload and can’t upload it. Could you double check it? If it seems fine, then please upload it to this dropbox link:

So I can see if our uploader is not ingesting it correctly.
