On the sales page, and even in the video on the sales page, you shared that it would only take 5-10 minutes to transcribe and produce the subtitles automatically. I’ve now been waiting 45 mins for my first upload to transcribe. I’m sure this is just a glitch as part of launching and maybe not having enough bandwidth as expected you would need. My question is, when will this be resolved so I can start creating video?
