Hey, my video has uploaded and it says my transcript has been made, but its not then loading when i select layout.

Hey Tyler, when you click the layout, what is happening exactly?

Hey Craig, the 5 colour circles (blue – green) shows that it’s loading but it’s just not coming up, it’s been around 1-2 hours now. It’s not my wifi because or devices because I’ve tried on multiple devices and with WiFi on / off etc

Hey Craig. Now it’s loaded up but only 19 seconds of it.
