When trying to chose a format for my video, it won’t let me select any besides the default one. I want the 1:1 option, however the website freezes when I click it. I beleive this is a glitch, however is there something I should do (besdies retsrating Chrome and the reloading the site 100 times lol)

This might be resolved at this point. Had some connection issues this AM with our file server that should be ironed out now.
