Hi Karen, if you made your video by clicking the MAKE button after designing it, you can download that video a few ways:
1. You should have received an email with a link to your video editor page where you can download the video under the export tab.
2. From the My Videos page you can click IN PROGRESS and download it from there as well as long as it is finished the MAKE process.
